Circles of Support and Accountability for persons who have commited sex offenses.

The mission of COSA Nebraska is to enhance public safety by assisting persons who have committed sex offenses to successfully rejoin the community and avoid reoffending.

COSA Nebraska is in its formative stage.  It is operating under the guidance of a Coordinating Committee consisting of resource persons from the Probation, Parole and Corrections Departments and interested persons from churches and the community.

Now in the pilot phase, COSA Nebraska is begining training for the first volunteer circle members in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska.
