WHO CAN BE A CIRCLE VOLUNTEER?
A COSA volunteer must be at least 21 years old. Both men and women are needed. Volunteers must be willing to journey with a sex offender through a difficult time in his life, being “family” with him to some extent and modeling good living. Ordinary working people, retired persons, members of the clergy, teachers, and people from all walks of life, can become effective circle volunteers, with the help of professional guidance about sex offending and about the criminal justice system in general.
